Women at doses of 10-20 mg Dianabol per day achieve significant results. Bodybuilders who are not sensitive to the additional influx of androgens, and those who are not at all afraid of the side effects of virilization, use 2-4 tablets per day for a maximum of 4-6 weeks. Higher dosages and longer duration of administration of the drug bring great results, but make the presence of androgens in the female body noticeable. More than 10-20 mg of Dianobol per day and 50-100 mg of Deca-Durabolin per week for over 4-6 weeks should not be taken by a woman who appreciates her femininity.

Since Dianabol only lasts 3.5-4.5 hours, it should be taken at least twice a day to achieve a sufficient concentration of the chemical in the blood. Scientific studies have found that the exposure time of Dianabol on training days is even shorter compared to the days of rest from them, so the best option would be to take the drug three times a day, i.e. j.
